利用传递矩阵的方法研究了具有方形势垒的单层石墨烯的透射概率,揭示了透射概率与入射粒子费米能以及势垒宽度、势垒高度的变化关系。这些结果为设计以石墨烯为基础的纳米器件提供了理论参考。

Transmission probabilities of graphene with square potential barrier are investigated by using the transfer matrix technique.The relations between the transmission probabilities and the incoming particle Fermi energies,the barrier width as well as the barrier height are revealed.These results are helpful in designing Nano devices based on graphene.
