在课程改革如火如荼的发展背景下,课程决策研究受到了重视,课程决策的概念、内容、机制、人员、模式等相关主题得到了研究。存在的问题在于：思辨性的研究方式占据主导,实证研究欠缺;移植的理论比较多,缺少本土化反思与改造;有许多重要问题尚未引起重视,研究尚处于较浅的层次;研究的系统性也较差。课程决策研究在重视程度、实证分析以及与实践的结合方面应得到进一步深化。

Curricular reform develops in full swing,and great attention is paid to the curricular decision-making in relation to conception,contents,mechanisms,personnel and modes.However,speculative research is dominant,short of empirical methodology,and transplanted theories outnumber the ethnic ones.The researches are still at superficial level.So it is argued that the relevant researches should be empirical-oriented and practical.
