当前,中国白领阶层社会心理与政治参与的良性互动表现在：白领阶层的认同意识与自动型参与互动;社会满足感与制度内参与互动;社会责任感与沟通性参与互动;社会期望感与建设性参与互动。创新制度建设、培育公民社会、塑造公民文化是促进这种良性互动发展的路径依赖。

The article analyzes the benign interaction of Chinese white-collars＇ social psychology and political participation using social psychology.The benign interaction presents in the following four aspects in practice： The interaction of their awareness of social stratum and the initiative political participation;The interaction of their social satisfaction and the institutional political participation;The interaction of their social responsibility and the communicative political participation;The interaction of their expectation of social development and the constructive political participation.So perfecting the system construction,cultivating civil society and shaping citizen culture are the possible ways to promote the benign interaction.
