To establish a socialist state under the legal system is the goal that Chinese Communist Party is striving for.The Communist Party has been making persistent exploration to achieve this goal.Theoretically,it has brought about the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and has enriched and developed the theories of Marxism law.Practically,it has found an access to a socialist state with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and the development of legal system has made eminent progress which are the typical Chinese features in the process of achieving the goal that we should stick to the leading role of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and legal system,and insist on integrating Chinese Communist Party＇s leading role with ruling the country according to law,and persist in the construction pattern that creatively unites general principles of the rule of law with Chinese specific conditions.
