以第16届亚运会100 m跑56名男、女运动员的起跑后蹬时间的压力曲线为研究对象,将男、女运动员的起跑反应时分成3个时间段进行对比分析。研究结果表明:男、女运动员起跑反应时具有显著性差异;蹬力达到阈值时间(反应动作时间)是造成男、女运动员起跑反应时具有显著性差异的重要原因;力量与爆发力是造成男、女运动员蹬力达到阈值时间(反应动作时间)具有显著性差异的重要因素;相对于男运动员40 kg压力阈值,女运动员合理的压力阈值是25 kg;电子起跑监测系统中,合理的起跑反应时限应是国际田联起跑反应时限100 ms的基础上加上蹬力达到阈值时间。
以第16屆亞運會100 m跑56名男、女運動員的起跑後蹬時間的壓力麯線為研究對象,將男、女運動員的起跑反應時分成3箇時間段進行對比分析。研究結果錶明:男、女運動員起跑反應時具有顯著性差異;蹬力達到閾值時間(反應動作時間)是造成男、女運動員起跑反應時具有顯著性差異的重要原因;力量與爆髮力是造成男、女運動員蹬力達到閾值時間(反應動作時間)具有顯著性差異的重要因素;相對于男運動員40 kg壓力閾值,女運動員閤理的壓力閾值是25 kg;電子起跑鑑測繫統中,閤理的起跑反應時限應是國際田聯起跑反應時限100 ms的基礎上加上蹬力達到閾值時間。

In order to provide theoretical support for the dash technique of China,based on the pre-start back step time and the structure of pressure curve of 56 male and female 100-metre dash players in the 16th Asian Games,this paper compares and analyzes the start reaction time of the male and female athletes by separating it into three sections.The result of the research shows that male and female athletes have remarkable different start reaction time.An important reason for that is the time of the rearward thrust to the threshold(time for reaction and movement),which is mainly due to the force and explosive force.Compared to male athletes' 40kg pressure threshold,25kg is a reasonable threshold for female athletes.In the electronic monitoring system,a reasonable range of start reaction time should be 100ms set by IAAF plus the time of the rearward thrust to the threshold.
