中国少数民族哲学的合法性问题是一个虚假而有意义的问题。黑格尔是西方学界否认中国有哲学的最权威学者之一,中国少数民族哲学合法性问题从根源性上说即是由此而生。从20世纪80年代以来,经过30多年的研究、探索,中国少数民族哲学合法性问题研究成果丰硕,但其研究结果仍然值得反思。本文以黑格尔《小逻辑》为依据,根据黑格尔对哲学内容与哲学精神的关系分析及哲学的经验与情感问题探索,认可和肯定黑格尔强调的人们是＂天生的形而上学家＂、哲学是一种＂人性中最伟大的无条件的兴趣＂等思想,从而认为黑格尔的哲学观事实上支持了中国哲学,从而也支持了中国少数民族哲学的合法性。

The legitimacy of Chinese minority philosophies is a false and meaningful problem.Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel is one of the most authoritative Western philosophers who deny China has philosophy,and the legitimacy of Chinese minority philosophies thus arises as an issue.Since the 1980s,after 30 years of researches,the researches on the legitimacy of Chinese minority philosophies are fruitful,yet the findings are worthy of reflections.This article takes Hegel＇s ＂little logic＂ as the basis,and according to Hegel＇s analysis of the relationship between the contents and spirit of philosophy and his explorations into experience and emotion,it acknowledges and affirms the views of Hegel that man is ＂born metaphysician＂ and philosophy is the ＂greatest unconditional human interest＂.It holds that Hegel＇s views on philosophy,in fact,support the existence of Chinese philosophy and the legitimacy of Chinese minority philosophies.
