The rise in the cost of labor reproduction,fast economic growth and supply relationship alteration promote the rise of the labor costs,which are both an opportunity and a challenge to our country＇s economy and the development of enterprises.We should effort to improve the income level of laborers,and at the same time through some ways such as the upgrading of the industrial structure,industrial undertake transfer,improving the human resource structure to reduce the negative effects of the labor cost rise.
