Strategic management is based on making and implementing strategies to raise the efficiency of organizational operation.Both competition strategy and core competition force are the key points of strategic management and our main concerns.What to reflect the essence of management prominently is that strategic management is to run its decision making through the whole process of management,and the adaption to outside conditions to promote inspiration and coordination within an organization.
