The paper analysed community library alliance network system based on heterogeneous environment,and constructing the ideas of the construction of the library alliance network community resource sharing system,then plan as a whole the community library alliance information resources,the open systems could promoting community library alliance information resources sharing.Finally put forward some onstruction and suggestions with the community library alliance＇s construction.
