First, this article expands the analysis on an emerging classical model. Then, combining historical comparative institution analysis, I study the micro formation mechanism, internal stability mechanism and consistent clustering mechanism in the geographic concentration of specialized transaction in the evolution of Yiwu Business Circle, point out three bifurcation points of the clustering market evolution under the transition condition, reveal the role of government＇ s good governance, and finally draw conclusions and propose the implications for the government governance of inland cities.
