军队精确管理是信息化条件下军队建设发展的必然趋势,也是加强军队科学管理的必然要求。加强精确管理理论研究,对于认真学习领会胡锦涛主席科学管理重大战略思想、推进军事管理创新、有效解决军队转型中面临的现实矛盾问题具有重要的现实意义。文章认为,必须积极探索信息化条件下军队精确管理特点规律,加速推进军队精确管理创新发展,增强军队建设质量效益,增强军队战斗力。

Precise management of the armed forces is not only an inexorable trend in the building and development of the armed forces under conditions of informationization,but also a necessary requirement for strengthening the scientific management of the armed forces.Enhancing theoretical researches on precise management will be of great practical significance for earnestly studying and grasping the important strategic thinking of Hu Jintao on scientific management,promoting the innovation in military management,and effectively solving the realistic problems in the transformation of the armed forces.We must vigorously explore the laws and characteristics of precise management of the armed forces under conditions of informationization,speed up advancing the innovative development of precise management of the armed forces,endeavor to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness in the building of the armed forces,and raise their fighting capabilities based on information systems.
