网络交往成为一种全新的交往方式，在其演进过程中形成了交往主体的符号化、交往关系的多元化、交往过程的虚拟化和交往范围的无限化等特点。伴随着网络交往过程，道德责任弱化、道德观念淡漠以及道德规范混乱等重要伦理道德问题相继出现。在“交往行动”的视角下，发掘利用传统伦理资源、完善传统伦理道德对网络现状所发挥的作用、建设和发展网络社区、加强网民道德教育、确立共同遵守的道德原则等，成为治理网络伦理问题的路径。

Interactive Communications via the Internet is a new human interaction route. Its evolution is marked by the signification and multiplication of the interactive subjects, and by the virtualization of the interactive process and the amplification of the range of interaction possibilities. Along with its growth come a host of ethical problems, such a weakened sense of moral responsibility and the blurring of moral inhibitions. From an interactive behavior perspective, judicious application of traditional ethics resources and perfecting conventional ethical ideals can positively impact Internet-based human interaction, contribute to building a healthy Internet community, strengthen users＇ sense of responsibility and establish common principles of proper behavior. This may turn out to be an effective way to curb the ethical turmoil that is plaguing today＇s Internet use.
