治安学作为一门独立的学科在我国已经得到认可。但由于种种原因,治安学理论及其体系的构建还没有取得重大突破,严重制约了治安学科的建设与发展。当前,构建治安学理论体系需要着力提高对治安学具有理论的前提性认识,明确确定治安学逻辑起点以解决治安学理论体系的科学性,强化治安学理论以我为主、中西结合以解决治安学理论及其体系的本土化（中国特色）等几个基本问题。
治安學作為一門獨立的學科在我國已經得到認可。但由于種種原因,治安學理論及其體繫的構建還沒有取得重大突破,嚴重製約瞭治安學科的建設與髮展。噹前,構建治安學理論體繫需要著力提高對治安學具有理論的前提性認識,明確確定治安學邏輯起點以解決治安學理論體繫的科學性,彊化治安學理論以我為主、中西結閤以解決治安學理論及其體繫的本土化（中國特色）等幾箇基本問題。
치안학작위일문독립적학과재아국이경득도인가。단유우충충원인,치안학이론급기체계적구건환몰유취득중대돌파,엄중제약료치안학과적건설여발전。당전,구건치안학이론체계수요착력제고대치안학구유이론적전제성인식,명학학정치안학라집기점이해결치안학이론체계적과학성,강화치안학이론이아위주、중서결합이해결치안학이론급기체계적본토화（중국특색）등궤개기본문제。
The science of public order has been recognized as an independent subject in our country.However,due to various reasons,its theories and systematic construction haven＇t made breakthrough so far,which seriously restricts the construction and development of the subject of public order.At present,constructing the theoretical system of the science of public order should enhance the understanding that the science of public order has theories,make clear the logical starting point of it so as to solve the scientificalness of its theoretical system,strengthen Chinese-based integrated with western theories to solve such several essential problems as the theories of public order science and the localization of its system.
