见义勇为乃中华传统美德，但是这种美德在我国却往往得不到应有的回报，勇为者遭受人身与经济的双重损害却无处获得帮助。国家的立法混乱与统一立法的缺乏，导致见义勇为的救济体系岌岌可危。而我国现存救济制度的不足无疑会扼杀此种美德的延续与生存，因此，确立一种国家先行救济与完备社会保障制度相结合的救济体系显得尤为重要。
견의용위내중화전통미덕，단시저충미덕재아국각왕왕득불도응유적회보，용위자조수인신여경제적쌍중손해각무처획득방조。국가적입법혼란여통일입법적결핍，도치견의용위적구제체계급급가위。이아국현존구제제도적불족무의회액살차충미덕적연속여생존，인차，학립일충국가선행구제여완비사회보장제도상결합적구제체계현득우위중요。
It＇s a traditional virtue of the Chinese people to behave righteously. However, people who have done this cannot obtain compensation for both personal injury and economic damage. Because of the disorder and lack of the legislation in our country, the protection of the ＂good Samaritan＂ is in dangerous. In addition, the deficiency of relief system in our country＇s current law will surely strangle this virtue. Therefore, it is extremely important to establish a relief system combining national first relief and perfecting social security system.
