本文首先总结了气候变化意识的定义和内涵,认为气候变化意识包括对气候变化的原因、影响和应对措施等问题的认知和应对气候变化的行为意愿两部分。其次基于问卷调查的数据,统计了企业管理人员对气候变化问题的认知和应对气候变化的行为意愿的各项问题的得分率。在气候变化的认知方面,受访者对于气候变化的原因的认知水平比较低,对于气候变化的全球协议和中国政策的认知水平非常低,对于气候变化的原因和减缓气候变化的措施的认知水平比较高,对于适应气候变化的各项措施的认知程度则有明显的差异;在应对气候变化的行为意愿方面,大多数受访者愿意在日常生活中采取行动减缓气候变化,也有大部分受访者认为企业是应对气候变化的主要利益相关方之一,企业应对气候变化的最主要的推动力是强制性的标准和法令的执行以及经济激励政策的引导,中国企业已经采取的应对气候变化的措施主要是节能减排取得了明显成效、淘汰了落后产能、开展了清洁生产及循环经济等。

This paper first analyzed the definition of climate change awareness.It was defined as cognition of causes and driving forces,impact,mitigation and adaptation measures of climate change,and behavioral intention of addressing climate change.Then,based on the survey data facing enterprises' management personnel,this paper did statistic analysis on the cognition questions and behavioral intention questions.For the cognition questions,the interviewees' cognition of the causes and driving forces of climate change is low,the cognition of climate-change related global agreements and protocols and China's policies is quite low,the cognition of the impact of climate change and the measures to mitigate climate change is high,and the cognition of the measures to adapt to climate change differs greatly.For the behavioral intention questions,most of the interviewees prefer to take behavioral changes to mitigate climate change in their daily life,and also most of them think the enterprises are one of the most important stakeholders in the course of addressing climate change.The survey results also showed that the main driving forces to address climate change are command and control policies and market-based incentive policies,and the measures the enterprises have taken to address climate change are remarkable successes achieved in energy saving and emission reduction actions,reduced use of outdated capacity,developed cleaner production and recycle economy.
