随着电子商务的发展,网上直销已经成为当今时代最典型的绿色营销;与此同时,环保意识的增强也带来了逆向物流和闭环供应链的兴起。本文基于准时制生产模式建立了需求不确定条件下的“双源”、“双渠道”多周期闭环供应链库存优化模型。模型以废旧回收品的配送批量和零售商的订货周期及名义最高库存为决策变量。以系统利润最高为目标函数,在不允许缺货的前提下,通过对决策变量海塞矩阵的分析,证明了模型的惟一最优解。最后,通过案例分析,证明了结论的合理性和模型的科学性。

With the development of Electronic Commerce, on the net, the direct marketing already becomes the most rep- resentative green marketing in the nowadays; meanwhile, the strengthening to be aware of environmental protection has also brought along reverse logistics and closed-loop supply chain being on the rise. A stock optimization model of "doub- le source", "double channel" and multi-period has been established for closed-loop supply chain under demand uncer- tainty, which based on the just-in-time production pattern. The model takes that the distribution batches of recycled products, the period of ordering goods of the retail dealer and maximal stock in name as the variable making policy; takes that systematic profit is maximal as target function, by analyzing the Hesse matrix of the making policy's variable, we has testified the uniqueness of optimum solution of the model under premise being out of stock in inadmissibility. Fi- nal, by analyzing the case, the conclusion rationality and the model scientificalness have been testified.
