本文在考虑供求中断风险和供应商管理成本的前提下,提出了中小企业最优供应商数量的决策方法。在现有文献的基础上结合其自身特点,建立了更加适合中小企业的最优供应商数量决策模型。首先,将供应商分为两类进行处理;其次,考虑了供应和需求中断的风险成本及管理供应商的成本;最后,给出了求解最优供应商数量的公式,并通过算例分析了各影响因素对最优数量的影响。

This paper illUstrates a decision method of the optimal number of suppliers for SMEs( small and medium sized enterprises), with taking the risk of supply and demand interruption and the operating cost into account. Combining the characteristics of SMEs, a more suitable decision model based on the previous models is constructed. Firstly, two types of suppliers are distinguished and dealt individually. Secondly, we include the operating cost and the loss of supply and demand interruption in the model. Finally, we construct a formula to calculate the optimal number of suppliers. And then, some numerical experiments are performed to analyse the sensitivity of the optimal number to those factors.
