Having gone through long-term development, America Public Colleges and Universities have already formed the quite mature tuition pricing and collecting system. As for the tuition pricing system, there are clear pricing foundation, pricing principles and pricing institutions, and the considered factors for tuition pricing are also very thorough. As for the tuition collecting system, it is dominated by the charge based on credits. But at the same time, there are other different charge system and other flexible tuition collection system.
