评判房地产业发展是否健康,主要应看房地产业与区域发展是否协调。文章基于协同论理论,首先建立了房地产业与区域发展的协调度评价模型,然后定量考察了样本区域房地产业与区域发展的协调度,最后得出结论：我国一半样本省市的房地产业与区域发展不协调,主要表现为房地产业与区域社会发展不协调。

Assessing whether real estate industry develops well or not,mainly depends on the coordination between real estate industry and regional development.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper builds an assessment model of degree of the coordination between real estate industry and regional development,and applies this model to quantitative analysis to explore the coordination between real estate industry and regional development of samples.At last,this paper finds the following conclusion that real estate industry and regional development is not coordinative in half of the sample provinces and cities of China.Especially,real estate industry development and region social is disharmonious.
