通过定性研究总结了高管团队的六类经营管理价值观,并对123个高管团队进行了问卷调查,实证分析了高管团队经营管理价值观异质性对冲突和绩效的影响。研究结果表明:高管团队的创新价值观异质性、长远发展价值观异质性、经济效益价值观异质性均对任务冲突有显著正影响,创新价值观异质性对关系冲突有显著正影响。任务冲突在创新价值观异质性、长远发展价值观异质性、经济效益价值观异质性和决策有效性之间起完全中介作用,在长远发展价值观异质性和企业短期绩效之间起完全中介作用。
通過定性研究總結瞭高管糰隊的六類經營管理價值觀,併對123箇高管糰隊進行瞭問捲調查,實證分析瞭高管糰隊經營管理價值觀異質性對遲突和績效的影響。研究結果錶明:高管糰隊的創新價值觀異質性、長遠髮展價值觀異質性、經濟效益價值觀異質性均對任務遲突有顯著正影響,創新價值觀異質性對關繫遲突有顯著正影響。任務遲突在創新價值觀異質性、長遠髮展價值觀異質性、經濟效益價值觀異質性和決策有效性之間起完全中介作用,在長遠髮展價值觀異質性和企業短期績效之間起完全中介作用。

This study qualitatively summarizes six patterns of management value of senior managers and then empirically analyzes the effects of top management team's management value heterogeneity on conflict and performance by conducting a questionnaire survey on 123 top management teams.The results indicate that heterogeneities of TMT innovation value,long-term development value and economic benefit value have strong positive effects on task-related conflicts whereas TMT innovation value heterogeneity has strong negative effects on relationship conflicts.It has also been found that task-related conflicts fully mediate the relationship among innovation value heterogeneity,long-term development value heterogeneity,economic benefit value heterogeneity and decision-making validity.Meanwhile,task-related conflicts mediate the relationship between long-term development value heterogeneity and short-term organization performance in the round.
