如何有效、合理、可持续利用有限的土地资源,成为当今社会研究的热点。通过对西安市土地利用多样化程度、动态度,建设用地信息熵、均衡度,各类用地变化速度,耕地占补平衡的研究,分析西安市土地利用及变化情况,以探寻最合理有效的土地利用空间分异研究方法。研究表明,西安市土地利用类型分布是以林地、耕地和居民点及工矿用地三大用地类型为基本框架,大量土地正在被激活,建设用地将大幅增加。将多种参数结合起来分析土地利用空间分异情况,能够更有效地预测土地利用的发展趋势,为土地利用分区提供数据基础。

How effective, reasonable and sustainable use of limited land resources, becomes a hot social studies. Based on the analysis and summary of research trends domestic and overseas, in this article the research contents and methods on the problem are put forward. By calculating the area of land use diversification, land use information entropy, dynamic, various types of land speed changes, the balance of arable land to the study of land use and changes. Inquiring about the most reasonable effective of the Spatial Variation of Land Use research technique. And after holding the feature of land use of Xi' an city, studying the problems exist in land use and land conservation in Xi' an city. The results indicate that the forest, farmland, residential and industrial are the basic framework of the land utilization types distribution ; large area of land is being activated; the construction land will be increased substantially. It is concluded that it is more effective to predict the development trend of land utilization combining a variety of parameters to analyse the spatial variation of land utiliation . It provides the data foundation for land utilization cells.
