随着“大学生村官”计划的深入，大批大学毕业生进入农村，投身于新农村建设。然而，大学生自身准备不足、农村落后的软、硬件设施、各项管理制度的滞后都妨碍了“大学生村官”服务于新农村建设的作用发挥，因此，对“大学生村官”服务过程中的障碍性因素进行系统分析，已成为农村经济社会发展的不可或缺的理论回应。
隨著“大學生村官”計劃的深入，大批大學畢業生進入農村，投身于新農村建設。然而，大學生自身準備不足、農村落後的軟、硬件設施、各項管理製度的滯後都妨礙瞭“大學生村官”服務于新農村建設的作用髮揮，因此，對“大學生村官”服務過程中的障礙性因素進行繫統分析，已成為農村經濟社會髮展的不可或缺的理論迴應。

With the constant advancement of the project of ＂student village official＂, a large number of college graduates have put down roots in the countryside and devote themselves to the construction of new countryside. However, such conditions as lack of prepara- tion, underdeveloped software capacities and hardware facilities and a variety of lagging system of administration have prevented college students from fulfilhng their potential in constructing new countryside. Therefore, it is an indispensable theoretical precondition in the de- velopment of rural economy to systematically analyze the obstructive factors in the process of college students serving in the countryside.
