在总结分析国家考核办法和地方省份试行办法的基础上，针对江西区域建设用地现状，以“双考核”为基本要求，建立适宜江西的建设用地节约集约水平考核指标体系，并以“设区市”为单位，考核11个设区市2007年和2008年建设用地节约集约利用水平，结果显示南昌市、景德镇市、萍乡市建设用地节约集约利用水平较高，排位相对稳定，而鹰潭市和新余市、宜春市分别呈高开低走和稳中有升态势，这与设区市经济发展方式、水平和区位条件等因素是密切相关的，侧面反映出构建的考核指标体系是符合江西实际的。

According to the status of construction land of Jiangxi Province, this paper establishes the index system suitable for assessing intensive use of conservation land of the province, based on ＂The method of evaluation that Unit of GDP and fixed asset investment growth in consumption of new construction＂and the measures of Jiangxi Provinces. Then the paper assesses the level of economical and intensive use of construction land in 11 cites in 2007 and 2008. The result shows that the intensive use level of conservation land of Nanchang, Jingdezhen, Pingxiang is relatively high, while that of Yingtan, Xinyu and Yinchu fluctuates, which is related to such factors as the mode and level of economic development and the geographic conditions of the areas. The results have proved that the assessment index system is in accordance with the actuality of Jiangxi Province.
