回顾了低碳经济发展的历史,阐述了中国发展低碳经济的重要性,并以江苏太湖三山岛湿地为案例,介绍了研究区域概况及低碳经济建设的背景,分析了基于湿地保护的绿色生态旅游、低碳农业、森林固碳、节能减排和减少环境污染的低碳经济发展模式,提出了近期三山岛湿地区域要立足于＂生态旅游＂为核心,着力发展湿地面源氮磷流失生态拦截、生活污水处理、湿地恢复和低碳经济宣教等四大建设工程,对保护湿地生态环境、净化水源、降解污染、探索可持续的低碳经济发展模式具有重要参考价值。

This paper reviewed the history of low-carbon economy in China and emphasized its importance. Taking the Sanshan islands as an example, this paper presented an original overview and background description of low-carbon economy construction. Low-carbon development models such as eco-tourism, low-carbon agriculture, forest carbon sequestration, energy conservation and reduction of environmental pollution were analyzed based on the theory of wetland protection. Four construction projects focusing on wetland ecological interception of non-point source pollution by nitrogen and phosphorus, sewage treatment, wetland restoration and low-carbon economy were proposed to the core of eco-tourism for the recent development of Sanshan islands. Those all will be contributed to the protection of wetland ecological environment, water resource purification, pollutant degradation and the exploration of low-carbon economy development model.
