人才强校战略是新建地方性本科院校面临压力与挑战的必然选择,但是由于其自身的特殊性,学校在师资队伍的数量、结构,人才的引进与培养等方面还存在很多问题。新建地方性本科院校必须树立科学的人才观,合理引进,加强培养,借才引智,大力推进人才强校战略,以提高学校的核心竞争力。
人纔彊校戰略是新建地方性本科院校麵臨壓力與挑戰的必然選擇,但是由于其自身的特殊性,學校在師資隊伍的數量、結構,人纔的引進與培養等方麵還存在很多問題。新建地方性本科院校必鬚樹立科學的人纔觀,閤理引進,加彊培養,藉纔引智,大力推進人纔彊校戰略,以提高學校的覈心競爭力。
인재강교전략시신건지방성본과원교면림압력여도전적필연선택,단시유우기자신적특수성,학교재사자대오적수량、결구,인재적인진여배양등방면환존재흔다문제。신건지방성본과원교필수수립과학적인재관,합리인진,가강배양,차재인지,대력추진인재강교전략,이제고학교적핵심경쟁력。
Under great pressure and severe challenges, talent-oriented strategy is the inevitable choice of newly-established local universities. However, because of the particularity of the universities themselves, there are still many problems, such as the amount and structure of the faculty, talent recruitment and training. Implementation of the strategy still faces great difficulties. Therefore, in order to promote the core competitiveness, newly-established local universities must set up scientific view of talents, rationally employ talents and optimize structure. More efforts need to be devoted to implementing the talent-oriented strategy for the newly-established local universities.
