做好县级教育行政执法工作是整个教育行政执法工作的重要基础，是基础教育行政执法工作的基本前提，是农村教育行政执法工作的根本保障。但当前县级教育执法还存在执法意识不强、执法行为不规范等问题，需从完善教育行政执法体制、规范教育行政执法行为、切实加强基础教育行政等方面加以解决。
