从教育学视角出发,采用运动生物力学测量方法和基本原理,对板球快速投球最后用力阶段技术的特征及要点进行探索,并建立其运动生物力学观察模型,为有效地学习与传授快速投球技术提供参考。结果：1）最后用力阶段技术可划分为右脚支撑、双脚支撑以及左脚支撑三个时段;2）揭示了在最后用力阶段技术中人体重心与板球的运动特点;3）探索了在最后用力阶段技术中人体主要关节的运动强度、运动顺序以及运动方式,归纳出该过程中人体主要关节的运动特点;4）构建了若干个最后用力阶段技术的运动学指标,反映最后用力阶段的技术要点;5）构建了最后用力阶段技术的运动生物力学观察模型。

From the pedagogical angle,the paper studies pace bowler＇s technical characteristic and key tactics in the final strength-exertion stage by measurements of sports biomechanics and its basic principle.It establishes sports biomechanics model,tries to give some suggestions to effective learning and passes on this technique.The results are as follows.First,the final strength-exertion stage can be divided into three parts,right foot support,double support and left foot support.Second,the motion of body gravity and the moving characteristic of the ball are revealed.Third,the motion intensity,sequence and method in the final strength-exertion stage are disclosed.Fourth,several kinetics indexes are built and its key tactics are revealed.Fifth,sports biomechanics observation model of the final strength-exertion stage is established.
