目的:研究动态平衡训练对膝关节位置觉的干预效果及其预防损伤机制,比较平衡板、平衡气囊、瑞士球训练方法改善下肢本体感觉功能的效果,为预防运动损伤提供理论依据和实践指导。方法:41名受试者分成平衡板平衡气囊训练组(n=13),瑞士球训练组(n=14),对照组(13=14),训练时间共8周,每周3次,每次练习50分钟,8周训练前后测试膝关节主动和被动位置觉。结果:(酗周平衡板气囊训练和瑞士球训练后,男女受试者右膝关节位置觉(主动和被动)比训练前减小但无显著性差异(P〉0.05);②平衡板气囊组与瑞士球组在改善膝关节位置觉无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:8周动态平衡训练时间较短不足以使膝关节位置觉显著改变,但训练后位置觉平均误差减小,表明平衡板气囊训练和瑞士球训练对改善膝关节位置觉感知能力有积极意义。

Objective : To study the dynamic balance training on knee joint topesthesia of the intervention and prevention of injury mechanism, compare the training effect from balance board, balance air bags, Swiss ball on improving the lower limbs proprioception function, and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance to prevent sports injuries. Methods: 41 subjects were divided into three groups : balance boards and balance air bags training group ( n = 13 ) , Swiss ball training group ( n = 14), the control group (n = 14). Total training time is 8 weeks for 3 times a week, 50 minutes exercises each time . Test the active and passive knee joint topesthesia befor and after training Results :①After 8 -week training with balance boards, balance air bags and Swiss ball, the right knee joint topesthesia ( active and passive) of both male and female subjects decreased a little bit, but no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; ②There was no significant differences between balance boards, balance air bags and Swiss ball in improving the knee joint topesthesia (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : 8 - week dynamic balance training is not enough to change the knee joint topesthesia significantly, but after training, the average error decreased, this result indicated that the training on balance board, balance air bags, Swiss ball has a positive significance on improving the knee joint topesthesia.
