"iron nutrient in nanometer" supplementation ; high intensity exercise ; iron metabolism ; rats
目的:观察补充纳米生血铁对高强度运动大鼠铁代谢相关指标的影响。方法:60只健康雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,体重(160±10)g,随机分为4组:A组为安静对照组(n=15)、B组为高强度运动对照组(n=15),C组为高强度运动补充生血铁组(n=15)、D组为高强度运动补充纳米生血铁组(n=15)。运动大鼠第1周20m/min,30min/次,2次/天,6天/周,休息1天;第2周25m/min,60min/次,2次/天,6天/周,休息1天;第3周30m/min,90min/次,2彬天,6天/周,休息1天;第4周35m/min,120min/次,2次/天,6天/周,休息1天。在最后一次运动后次日处死动物并取材测试。D组大鼠补充纳米生血铁,c组大鼠补充等量普通生血铁,A、B组大鼠补充等量安慰剂。结果:大鼠进行4周高强度递增负荷运动后,血清铁、血清总铁结合力、红细胞总数和血色素均显著下降;而补充纳米生血铁大鼠血清铁、血清总铁结合力、红细胞总数和血色素水平均显著升高。

목적:관찰보충납미생혈철대고강도운동대서철대사상관지표적영향。방법:60지건강웅성SD대서위연구대상,체중(160±10)g,수궤분위4조:A조위안정대조조(n=15)、B조위고강도운동대조조(n=15),C조위고강도운동보충생혈철조(n=15)、D조위고강도운동보충납미생혈철조(n=15)。운동대서제1주20m/min,30min/차,2차/천,6천/주,휴식1천;제2주25m/min,60min/차,2차/천,6천/주,휴식1천;제3주30m/min,90min/차,2빈천,6천/주,휴식1천;제4주35m/min,120min/차,2차/천,6천/주,휴식1천。재최후일차운동후차일처사동물병취재측시。D조대서보충납미생혈철,c조대서보충등량보통생혈철,A、B조대서보충등량안위제。결과:대서진행4주고강도체증부하운동후,혈청철、혈청총철결합력、홍세포총수화혈색소균현저하강;이보충납미생혈철대서혈청철、혈청총철결합력、홍세포총수화혈색소수평균현저승고。
Objective: To observe the effects of "iron nutrient in nanometer" supplementation on iron metabolism after high intensity exercise. Method: 60 healthy male SD rats are randomly divided into four groups : no - exercise group A ( the control group, n = 15 ) , exercise group B ( the control group, n = 15 ),exercise group C (iron nutrient, n = 15 ) and exercise group D( "iron nutrient in nanometer" supplementation, n = 15). Rats run 30 minutes at speed of 20 m/min,twice a day, exercise 6 day/week and rest 1 day/week in the first week. Rats run 60 minutes at speed of 25 m/min, twice a day, exercise 6 day/week and rest 1 day/week in the second week. Rats run 90 minutes at speed of 30 m/min,twiee a day, exercise 6 day/week and rest 1 day/week in the third week. Rats run 120 minutes at speed of 35 m/min ,twice a day, exercise 6 day/week and rest 1 day/week in the fourth week. After sports training for 4 weeks, rats were killed. Blood of the rats is taken to analyze the index of RBC, hemoglobin, count RBC, hematocrit, serum iron, total iron binding capacity and trans-ferrin saturation. Rats in D group were fed beverage containing "iron nutrient in nanometer",and rats in A and B groups were fed placebo, and rats in C group were fed beverage containing iron nutrient. Conclusion : After 4 weeks of training, the level of Hb, RBC, serum iron, total iron binding capacity, transferrin saturation of the B group are significantly lower, but the level of Hb, RBC, serum iron, total iron binding capacity, transferrin saturation of the D group increased significantly after fed beverage containing "iron nutrient in nanometer".
