中国体育院校附属竞技体校建校30年来,遵循亦读亦训、科学训练理念,从为国家培养奥运后备力量,到肩负着培养后备力量和为国争光双重使命,走出了一条利用体育院校优势,学训结合培养竞技体育人才的道路。运用文献法、问卷法、访谈法对竞技体校发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁因素进行了SWOT分析,认为应对我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进新的历史时期竞技体校发展面临的重要机遇与巨大挑战,竞技体校发展应选择争取型战略,采取积极开拓的战略措施。

The thirty years＇ development of the Chinese competitive sports schools affiliated to the Institutes of P.E.in China demonstrates that these schools have nurtured professional talents for China competing at the Olympic Games and other sports games,that they have cultivated talents in the sports field through a combination of academic learning and sports training.In this paper,the authors makes a SWOT analysis of the competitive sports development and put forward that China should adopt more positive strategies in becoming a nation strong in sports.
