选取非体育专业15名女大学生,对其实施为期9周、每周2次中等强度水中健身运动的教学实验,实验前后分别对受试者的身体成分、心肺功能和平衡能力的各项指标进行测试。结果显示该项运动能够有效地改善身体成分的比率,明显的提高心肺功能,并对平衡能力的提高有显著作用。

선취비체육전업15명녀대학생,대기실시위기9주、매주2차중등강도수중건신운동적교학실험,실험전후분별대수시자적신체성분、심폐공능화평형능력적각항지표진행측시。결과현시해항운동능구유효지개선신체성분적비솔,명현적제고심폐공능,병대평형능력적제고유현저작용。
By using literature, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics, 15 female college students who are non - sports majors are selected to be experimented with moderate water aerobics training for 9 weeks, twice each week. Before and after the experiment, the subjects are tested for their indexes in body components, cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary function and balance. A statistical analysis is accordingly conducted, with the conclusion indicating that this sport can effectively alter the proportions of body components, significantly improve cardiopulmonary function and help to improve balance.
