目的研究镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法采用镍钛聚髌器术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折38例，采用克氏针＋钢丝环扎术治疗52例。结果随访7—18个月，平均12个月，90例均获骨性愈合．膝关节功能正常。功能疗效评估采用胥少汀等的膝关节功能综合评价标准，镍钛聚髌器组优34例，良3例，中1例；克氏针＋钢丝环扎组优35例，良13例，中4例。结论利用镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折有着操作简单、复位满意、固定稳定，可早期功能锻炼等特点，其优良率显著高于克氏针＋钢丝环扎法。
목적연구얼태취빈기치료빈골분쇄성골절적료효。방법채용얼태취빈기술치료빈골분쇄성골절38례，채용극씨침＋강사배찰술치료52례。결과수방7—18개월，평균12개월，90례균획골성유합．슬관절공능정상。공능료효평고채용서소정등적슬관절공능종합평개표준，얼태취빈기조우34례，량3례，중1례；극씨침＋강사배찰조우35례，량13례，중4례。결론이용얼태취빈기내고정치료빈골분쇄성골절유착조작간단、복위만의、고정은정，가조기공능단련등특점，기우량솔현저고우극씨침＋강사배찰법。
Objective： To study the NT-PC treatment of smashing patella fractures. Methods： Use of orthopedic surgery patients treated 38 cases of smashing patella fractures with the NT-PC. Use of orthopedic surgery patients treated 52 cases of smashing patella fractures with kirschner ＋ wire cerclage. Results： After 7-18 months, 90 patients healed fractures and knee function was normal. Functional efficacy of knee function was assessed using XU Shao-ting evaluation criteria： the NT-PC group results showed excellent in 34 cases, good in 3 cases, medium in 1 case; the Kirschner ＋ wire cerclage group results showed excellent in 34 cases, good in 3 cases, medium in 1 case. Conclusion： Using the NT-PC as a smashing patella fractures fixation, with a simple, satisfactory reduction, stable fixation, and early functional exercise. The good rate than the kirschner ＋ wire cerclage. significantly higher
