各种自然灾害频繁发生，严重威胁着档案建筑及档案的安全，加强自然灾害的防范与应对成为档案部门的使命所在。自然灾害管理机制是档案部门有效应对各种自然灾害的关键，档案部门应着眼于防灾、救灾、灾后处理等关键环节，建立一整套有效的灾害管理机制，提高防灾减灾能力。
各種自然災害頻繁髮生，嚴重威脅著檔案建築及檔案的安全，加彊自然災害的防範與應對成為檔案部門的使命所在。自然災害管理機製是檔案部門有效應對各種自然災害的關鍵，檔案部門應著眼于防災、救災、災後處理等關鍵環節，建立一整套有效的災害管理機製，提高防災減災能力。
각충자연재해빈번발생，엄중위협착당안건축급당안적안전，가강자연재해적방범여응대성위당안부문적사명소재。자연재해관리궤제시당안부문유효응대각충자연재해적관건，당안부문응착안우방재、구재、재후처리등관건배절，건립일정투유효적재해관리궤제，제고방재감재능력。
A variety of natural disasters occurred frequently and threatened the safety of archives architecture and archives. Strengthening prevention and response to natural disasters becomes the mission of archive department. Natural disaster management mechanism is the key to the archive department for dealing with all kinds of natural disasters effectively. The archive department should focus on the following key link, such as disaster prevention, disaster relief, disaster post-processing and so on, create a set of effective disaster management mechanism and enhance the capacity of disaster prevention and mitigation.
