为了了解青海玉树中学生创伤后应激反应症状及其影响因素,我们在地震后62天采用事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)、青少年心理弹性量表(HKRA)、应付方式问卷对玉树地区1000名中学生进行了问卷调查。结果显示:明显的创伤后应激反应症状检出率为73.1%,闯入、回避、高警觉三个维度均分超过预警分的学生人数分别为685例(75.7%)、692例(76.5%)、567例(62.7%);男女生在IES-R量表的各个维度及总分上均存在显著差异(P〈0.001),女生显著高于男生;不同年级的中学生在IES-R量表的闯入、高唤醒两个维度及总分上存在显著差异(P〈0.01);多元逐步回归数据显示,创伤后应激反应症状的主要影响因素为学校社会积极参与、社会能力、幻想、解决问题、退避、教师关怀,且预测力达15.9%。研究结果表明:近3/4的玉树中学生有创伤后应激反应症状,提高其心理弹性及引导其采取成熟的应付方式面对灾难,对降低其创伤后应激反应症状有积极作用。
為瞭瞭解青海玉樹中學生創傷後應激反應癥狀及其影響因素,我們在地震後62天採用事件影響量錶脩訂版(IES-R)、青少年心理彈性量錶(HKRA)、應付方式問捲對玉樹地區1000名中學生進行瞭問捲調查。結果顯示:明顯的創傷後應激反應癥狀檢齣率為73.1%,闖入、迴避、高警覺三箇維度均分超過預警分的學生人數分彆為685例(75.7%)、692例(76.5%)、567例(62.7%);男女生在IES-R量錶的各箇維度及總分上均存在顯著差異(P〈0.001),女生顯著高于男生;不同年級的中學生在IES-R量錶的闖入、高喚醒兩箇維度及總分上存在顯著差異(P〈0.01);多元逐步迴歸數據顯示,創傷後應激反應癥狀的主要影響因素為學校社會積極參與、社會能力、幻想、解決問題、退避、教師關懷,且預測力達15.9%。研究結果錶明:近3/4的玉樹中學生有創傷後應激反應癥狀,提高其心理彈性及引導其採取成熟的應付方式麵對災難,對降低其創傷後應激反應癥狀有積極作用。

To investigate the situation and influential factors of post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD ) in high school students after Yushu earthquake, one thousand high school studentsin Yushu area were investigated by the Impact of Event Scale Revised (IESR), the Healthy Kids Resilience Assessment(HKRA), coping style questionnaire after 62 days of the earthquake. Results. The rate of PTSD positive symptom was 73.1 %,the number of students (percentage) in three symptom groups(intruslon, avoidance, high alert warning) over the warning line were. 685 cases (75.7%), 692 cases (76.5%), 567 cases (62.7%). There were significant difference in male and female students in each dimension of IES-R (P〈0.001), girls were significantly higher than boys; There were significant difference in different grade students in the intrusion, high a- rousal and total'score of IES-R(P〈0.01), multiple regression showed that the main influential factors which predict up to 15.9% of post-traumatic stress are the support of schools and social, social skills, imagination, problem solving, avoidance, teachers care. Conclusion: Nearly 3/4 of the Yushu high school students have PTSD symptoms, so it is positive to improve their mental flexibility and lead it to take the mature way to face and cope with the disaster response to reduce the PTSD.
