As the incidence of college students' psychological crisis is constantly increasing, their mental health education has caused widespread concern. The current course system of mental health education for college students is based on the traditional pathological psychology theory, so it has greatly hindered the development of the contemporary college students' mental heahh education and can't meet their requirements. With the positive psychology theory as the guide, it has become an urgent task to carry out the curriculum reform of mental health educ'ation in colleges.
