文章针对高校管理者积极选派青年专任教师担任兼职辅导员这一现状进行分析，充分肯定这一举措的优势，但目前管理者们采用的“X理论”指导管理兼职辅导员工作尚存不足，建议充分利用“Y理论”作为工作指南，认真采取有效措施，全面发挥兼职辅导员在学生思想政治教育队伍中的作用。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of full-time youth teachers working as part time students＇ counselors in colleges and universities, we find deficiencies in the use of ＂X theory＂ in management. It is suggested making ＂Y theory＂ as the directions of work for part-time students＇ counselors to exert their influence in the ideological and political education of college students.
