化石燃料的过度消耗引发了全球性气温变暖，世界各国为解决气候问题广泛采用了低碳经济发展模式加以应对。文章对新时期低碳经济发展的内涵与趋势进行了详尽的分析，指出低碳经济既是一种关注温室气体排放的绿色经济论，同时也是一种全新的经济形态，并分别对产业格局下与国际格局下的低碳经济的发展趋势进行了细致的解读。文章认为低碳经济发展能够带来产业结构、能源结构与消费结构的调整，继而引发经济发展方式的转型。

The excessive consumption of fossil fuel has led to the global climate warming, hence all the countries in the world have adopted the low carbon economy development pattern to solve the climate problem. By analyzing the connotation and trend of the low carbon economy in the new period in detail, this paper points out that the low carbon economy is not only a green economy theory concerning greenhouse gases emission, but also a new economic form, and it makes a detail interpretation of the development trend in both industrial pattern and international configuration. The paper holds that the low carbon economy development can bring about the adjustment in industry structure, energy structure and consumption structure and lead to the shift of economic development pattern.
