为有效求解随机型双边装配线第1类平衡问题(STALBP-1),在分析双边装配线平衡特点的基础上,考虑各任务操作时间的随机性,提出了一种启发式算法。在该启发式算法中,假定各任务的操作时间服从正态分布,运用具有操作方位约束的任务优先分配等规则来进行任务的选择和分配,通过改变预设超限概率,在不同生产节拍下,分别得到不同的平衡方案。实例验证了算法的有效性。
為有效求解隨機型雙邊裝配線第1類平衡問題(STALBP-1),在分析雙邊裝配線平衡特點的基礎上,攷慮各任務操作時間的隨機性,提齣瞭一種啟髮式算法。在該啟髮式算法中,假定各任務的操作時間服從正態分佈,運用具有操作方位約束的任務優先分配等規則來進行任務的選擇和分配,通過改變預設超限概率,在不同生產節拍下,分彆得到不同的平衡方案。實例驗證瞭算法的有效性。

The two-sided stochastic assembly line balancing problem of Type I (TSALBP-I) with the un- certainty of task times considered is discussed in this paper. It is assumed that the task times are distribu- ted according to normal distribution. Based on this assumption, a mathematical model is presented for the problem and then a heuristic algorithm is proposed. By this algorithm, in selecting and assigning tasks to workstations, it sets a higher can be obtained by c ness of the proposed hanging priority to the task that has operation position constraint. Different solutions the pre-determined limit probability under different cycle time. The effective- algorithm is demonstrated by numerical results for a set of benchmark problems.
