应用人体测量法和运动干预实验方法,通过对弹力带阻抗健身体操运动方案的分析,探讨“有氧、力量和伸拉”练习的可兼容性,研发新颖有趣的弹力带健身方法,并实证其健身效果,旨在为女性健身和锻炼提供参考。主要结论:1)弹力带阻抗练习可通过新颖多样的“操化”运动方式,使“抗阻、有氧和伸拉”练习得以兼容;2)弹力带阻抗健身体操能有效降低身体脂肪比例,对女性形态具有良好的减脂塑型效果,尤其是上肢,其次是小腿和腰部;3)该操对四肢和腹背部肌肉力量产生不同程度的影响。其中,左臂、右腿肌肉力量以及腹部肌肉的力量和耐力效果明显,同时,身体的灵敏性得到同步发展。
應用人體測量法和運動榦預實驗方法,通過對彈力帶阻抗健身體操運動方案的分析,探討“有氧、力量和伸拉”練習的可兼容性,研髮新穎有趣的彈力帶健身方法,併實證其健身效果,旨在為女性健身和鍛煉提供參攷。主要結論:1)彈力帶阻抗練習可通過新穎多樣的“操化”運動方式,使“抗阻、有氧和伸拉”練習得以兼容;2)彈力帶阻抗健身體操能有效降低身體脂肪比例,對女性形態具有良好的減脂塑型效果,尤其是上肢,其次是小腿和腰部;3)該操對四肢和腹揹部肌肉力量產生不同程度的影響。其中,左臂、右腿肌肉力量以及腹部肌肉的力量和耐力效果明顯,同時,身體的靈敏性得到同步髮展。
응용인체측량법화운동간예실험방법,통과대탄력대조항건신체조운동방안적분석,탐토“유양、역량화신랍”연습적가겸용성,연발신영유취적탄력대건신방법,병실증기건신효과,지재위녀성건신화단련제공삼고。주요결론:1)탄력대조항연습가통과신영다양적“조화”운동방식,사“항조、유양화신랍”연습득이겸용;2)탄력대조항건신체조능유효강저신체지방비례,대녀성형태구유량호적감지소형효과,우기시상지,기차시소퇴화요부;3)해조대사지화복배부기육역량산생불동정도적영향。기중,좌비、우퇴기육역량이급복부기육적역량화내력효과명현,동시,신체적령민성득도동보발전。
With the method of human body measurements and exercise interventions,by analyzing the elastic resistance exercise,the author tries to explore the compatibility among aerobic,strength and stretching and develop new and interesting exercise method,makes an empirical study on its effect and provides references for the exercises and fitness of women.The result shows that: 1) elastic resistance exercise,through the variety gymnastic acts,integrates content of strength,aerobic and extends exercise.2) The elastic resistance exercise decreased the percentage of body fat,especially the upper limb,then the leg and waist,it helps reduce the female's fat and build good shape.3) The exercise affected the strengths of extremities,waist and back with different degree.The strengths of left limb and right leg,and both strength and endurance of waist muscle increased evidently.Meanwhile,the agility of body is developed too.
