为进一步搞好国家队运动员的文化课教育,就现役国家队运动员文化课学习现状和对策,对15个管理中心进行问卷调查,参与调查的运动员有737人。研究显示,国家队运动员文化课学习特点是:1)就学分布广、人员分布高度分散、年龄跨度在12~30岁、学历分布层次多;2)文化课学习缺失,最近一年没上过文化课的占48%,每周少于5h的占84%;3)学习内容需求首选外语,其次是训练知识,第三是素质类和技能类知识;4)未来择业首选公务员和教练员。在调查基础上提出对策:国家队运动员教学内容和方式有待创新;模块化学习方式值得探讨和应用;需要将深奥、枯燥的理论知识简朴化、实用化;审视掌握基础知识和提高自身素质的关系;职业生涯教育与文化课学习并重。

In order to improve the basic education of the players in the national teams,the paper analyzes the status-quo and countermeasures of their basic education.Questionnaires were sent to 737 players of 15 events in the administration center.The results show that the features of these players' basic education are that: 1) the education sites are widely spread.The location of players is highly scattered.Their age is ranging from 12 to 30.Their education levels are in large disparity.2) The basic education course is inadequate.The players who have not participated in any course amount to 48% of the total.The ones who have taken less than five hours course amount to 84% of the total.3) The top priority of their education demand is foreign language and then training knowledge and the third is quality and technique knowledge.4) Their most desired job in the future is civil servant and coach.On the basis of investigation,the research puts forward countermeasures,such as innovating the teaching content and methods,considering and introducing modulated learning method,simplifying the obscure and boring theoretic knowledge and introducing more practical knowledge,reviewing the relationship between basic education and the quality of a person,paying due importance to the professional education and basic education.
