有效体育教学是教师遵循体育教学过程的规律,成功引起、激发、维持和促进了学生的体育学习,相对有效地达到了既定教学效果的教学。建立中学有效体育教学评价指标体系,具有积极的意义。在分析有效体育教学基本内涵和理念的基础上,运用特尔非法,通过三轮专家问卷调查,建立了包括4个一级指标、14个二级指标、44个三个指标在内的单元有效体育教学评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法,确定了指标体系的权重。之后,对各个指标的具体含义以及获取信息的途径做了说明。

The effective physical education refers to the teaching conducted by the teaching according to the rules of teaching process to successfully arouse,stimulate,maintain and facilitate the learning of the students so as to achieve the desired teaching effect.It is of great implication to set up the evaluation index system of effective physical education in the middle school.After analyzing the basic connotation and idea of the effective physical education,this research established the evaluation index system of effective physical education including 4 one class index,14 two index and 44 three index by applying the Delphi method and going through 3 rounds of questionnaire survey for experts,and determined the weights for the effective physical education evaluation index system by adopting the hierarchy analysis method.After the above,the concrete meaning of each index and the way of obtaining information was illustrated.
