罗萨的训练思路和训练理念在肯尼亚的马拉松训练中获得了巨大成功,他的九天一个训练小循环的周期安排,重点抓好马拉松运动员的关键环节,通过四个负荷强度区域的合理分布,促使马拉松运动员发展专项耐力、专项速度、专项力量水平,使运动员马拉松的专项竞技能力得到全面发展和提高,这种训练理念和训练方法及训练思路对促进我国马拉松项目的发展,尽快提高我国马拉松运动员的竞技水平具有学习和借鉴作用。

Rosa's training mentality and the training idea have obtained the huge success in Kenya's marathon.He arranges the minor cycle training of nine days and focuses on the marathon athlete's key link.Through the reasonable distribution of four load intensity region,he urges the marathon athlete to develop the special endurance,the special speed and the special strength level so as to enable the comprehensive development of the special athletics ability of the marathon runners.This kind of training idea,training method and training mentality can be referenced by China's marathon athletes to promoted China's marathon project development and the athletic level of the runners.
