高等职业教育经过几十年发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但随着国内企业技术升级和改造,原有高职教育人才培养模式已不适应社会发展需要,导致国内企业缺乏大量高水平技术人才和普通技术工人,严重影响到企业可持续发展能力和核心竞争力。本文针对我国当前高等职业教育发展过程存在的问题进行分析,期待能够从培养理念和培养模式上改变高等职业教育发展面临的困境。
高等職業教育經過幾十年髮展,取得瞭令人矚目的成績,但隨著國內企業技術升級和改造,原有高職教育人纔培養模式已不適應社會髮展需要,導緻國內企業缺乏大量高水平技術人纔和普通技術工人,嚴重影響到企業可持續髮展能力和覈心競爭力。本文針對我國噹前高等職業教育髮展過程存在的問題進行分析,期待能夠從培養理唸和培養模式上改變高等職業教育髮展麵臨的睏境。

Magnificent achievements have been made in higher vocational education due to the past decades＇ development. However, with the technological transformation and upgrading in domestic enterprises, the former higher vocational education mode does not meet the present needs of the development of the society any more. And this leads to a great shortage of senior and junior technicians, which severely affects the sustainable develop- ment and core competitiveness of these enterprises. This paper analyses the existing problems in China＇s current vocational education in an attempt to solve the problems facing China＇ s higher vocational education by means of the transformation of the cultivation guidelines and cultivation mode.
