江苏风电产业发展具有良好的技术和产业基础。文章以江苏风电产业为研究主体,运用“钻石模型”对江苏风电产业竞争力进行研究,结果表明:江苏风电产业在区位、资本、规模和人才科研方面具备较强竞争力,而在政策力、自主研发力、品牌竞争力等方面有待提高和完善。最后,提出了提升江苏风电产业竞争力的建议。

The development of wind power in Jiangsu province has good technological and industrial foundation. The thesis focuses on Jiangsu wind power industry, researches the competitiveness of Jiangsu Wind Power Industry by using Diamond Model. The study shows: there are several advantages in the competitiveness of location, capital, scale, talent and research, but the competitiveness of policy, independent research and brand should be improved. At last the corresponding suggestions and policies to promote the competitiveness of Jiangsu wind power industry are proposed.
