印刷机的套准精度是衡量印刷机性能的重要指标。综合考虑了印刷机结构、调节以及印刷过程中材料．的变形等多种因素，建立了描述印刷机套准的数学模型。通过对同色图标位置误差模型的简化，可以得到第一色位置的确定方法、跑规矩的判定方法和其他墨色的套准方法；通过对同色图标位置误差模型的简化，可以得到纸张出现甩角时纸张变形的测量方法。对数学模型中的各个变量进行进一步分析，可用于对印刷机的工作状况进行判断。

The registering precision is important specification of printing press. Factors including the construction and adjustment of the printing machine, crawl of blanket and extension of sheet are all considered comprehensively, and the mathematical models are built to describe the register of press. Through simplifying the model expressing the different color marks position error, a series of practical method including the determining method of the first color position, the deciding method of lays＇ movement and the registering method of other colors can be obtained, and the measure method of sheet extension can be gained by simplifying the same color marks position error model when the troublesome of scattered tail occurs in printing process. Furthermore analysis on the variables in the mathematical models can be used to judge the working condition of printing machine.
