用蒸馏水将烘干、研碎后的铁观音茶叶样品制成均匀悬浊液,用SrCl2来消除相关干扰,然后直接进样,通过火焰原子吸收法测定锰的含量.优化条件下,悬浊液进样—火焰原子吸收法在实验范围内,线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.079mg/L,加标回收率为95.8%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为1.7%.该法简便、快速、准确,用于实际样品测定结果满意.
用蒸餾水將烘榦、研碎後的鐵觀音茶葉樣品製成均勻懸濁液,用SrCl2來消除相關榦擾,然後直接進樣,通過火燄原子吸收法測定錳的含量.優化條件下,懸濁液進樣—火燄原子吸收法在實驗範圍內,線性關繫良好,方法的檢齣限為0.079mg/L,加標迴收率為95.8%~99.8%,相對標準偏差為1.7%.該法簡便、快速、準確,用于實際樣品測定結果滿意.

Develope a new method to determine the content of manganes in tea-leaves by suspension sample introduction flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The tea-leaves was ground into powder-like matter and made into suspension liquid, the SrCl2 was used to remove the chemical disturbation. Then, the prepared suspension of sample was directly introduced to FAAS for determination. The experimental results indicated that, the content of Mn in tea - leaves is 224. μg/g with relative standard deviation (n= 11) of the method 1.7 %, and the recovery is between 95.8 % - 99.8 %. The developed method is accurate, rapid and convenient with satisfactory results.
