通过分析罗汉果中葫芦烷三萜甙类、多糖类、脂肪酸类、蛋白质及氨基酸类、维生素类、无机元素类和黄酮类的药理活性成分，发现罗汉果及其提取物对机体抗氧化损伤、提高免疫能力、保护组织器官、活血化瘀、镇咳祛痰、抑菌抗炎、抗癌变、调节血脂与血糖代谢、防治糖尿病等作用明显，这为拓宽罗汉果及其提取物在竞技训练和运动保健养生领域的应用前景提供了理论与现实基础．
通過分析囉漢果中葫蘆烷三萜甙類、多糖類、脂肪痠類、蛋白質及氨基痠類、維生素類、無機元素類和黃酮類的藥理活性成分，髮現囉漢果及其提取物對機體抗氧化損傷、提高免疫能力、保護組織器官、活血化瘀、鎮咳祛痰、抑菌抗炎、抗癌變、調節血脂與血糖代謝、防治糖尿病等作用明顯，這為拓寬囉漢果及其提取物在競技訓練和運動保健養生領域的應用前景提供瞭理論與現實基礎．
통과분석라한과중호호완삼첩대류、다당류、지방산류、단백질급안기산류、유생소류、무궤원소류화황동류적약리활성성분，발현라한과급기제취물대궤체항양화손상、제고면역능력、보호조직기관、활혈화어、진해거담、억균항염、항암변、조절혈지여혈당대사、방치당뇨병등작용명현，저위탁관라한과급기제취물재경기훈련화운동보건양생영역적응용전경제공료이론여현실기출．
By analyzing and inducing the chemical composition and the pharmacological function of siraitia grosvenorii, the author finds that Siraitia grosvenorii and its extracts have evident effects on antioxidation damage, enhancing immunity, protecting tissue organs, stimulating blood circulation to end stasis, relieving cough and removing the phlegm, anti-inflammation, anticancer, adjusting blood lipid and glucose metabolism and the prevention and treatment of diabetes, which provides theoretical and realisticbasis for the application prospect of Siraitia grosvenorii and its extractive matter in athletic training and keeping in good health, thus providing theoretical reference and relevant basis for the wide application of siraitia grosvenorii in sports medicine.
