以我国优秀女子跳高运动员郑幸娟为研究对象，运用生物力学测试法等方法对其运动技术特征进行研究，发现郑幸娟在一定高度下比赛心理控制能力不足，技术变形大；助跑中助跑弧度小、身体内倾不够、肩轴扭转过大；起跳中起跳着地内倾小、水平速度损失大、旋转动量小。通过这些分析，建议适当增大助跑弧度，加大身体内倾，增大起跳水平速度，提高过杆放腿意识。

The analysis brings about the suggestions of suitable enlargement of run - up radian, strengthening the body inward inclination, increasing the horizontal speed of take - off and improving the sense of clearing amcebar.
