目的:探讨SD雄性大鼠在一次性力竭运动后,大脑皮质微结构和超微结构的形态改变与神经生长因子NGF、受体TrkA的动态变化关系。方法:随机将大鼠分为对照组(C组)、一次性力竭游泳运动后即刻组(E1)、12h组(E2)、24h组(E3)、48h组(E4),灌注定位取出大脑皮质,运用HE染色、铀铅双染,在光、电镜下观察大脑皮质结构变化,运用免疫组化技术检测大脑皮质中NGF和TrkA表达变化。结果:NGF、TrkA表达水平较C组显著性上升(P〈0.05);E2组的NGF、TrkA的表达水平较E1组下调,其中TrkA的表达下调显著(P〈0.05);NGF、TrkA的表达上升最为显著,较C组(P〈0.01);E4组继续维持着高表达,较C组(P〈0.01)。结论:一次性力竭运动后大脑皮质结构的损伤和重塑与NGF、TrkA动态表达具有一定的联系性。

목적:탐토SD웅성대서재일차성력갈운동후,대뇌피질미결구화초미결구적형태개변여신경생장인자NGF、수체TrkA적동태변화관계。방법:수궤장대서분위대조조(C조)、일차성력갈유영운동후즉각조(E1)、12h조(E2)、24h조(E3)、48h조(E4),관주정위취출대뇌피질,운용HE염색、유연쌍염,재광、전경하관찰대뇌피질결구변화,운용면역조화기술검측대뇌피질중NGF화TrkA표체변화。결과:NGF、TrkA표체수평교C조현저성상승(P〈0.05);E2조적NGF、TrkA적표체수평교E1조하조,기중TrkA적표체하조현저(P〈0.05);NGF、TrkA적표체상승최위현저,교C조(P〈0.01);E4조계속유지착고표체,교C조(P〈0.01)。결론:일차성력갈운동후대뇌피질결구적손상화중소여NGF、TrkA동태표체구유일정적련계성。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic relationship between the morphological changes of the micro - structure and ultrastructural of the cerebral cortex and nerve growth factor(NGF) and TrkA receptor in the SD male rats after one - time exhaustive exercise. Methods : After a model of one - time exhaustive swimming, rats are randomly di- vided into control group (C group) immediately after exercise group (El) , 12h group (E2) , 24h group (E3) , 48h group (E4). The cerebral cortex is removed after perfusion and position. By using HE staining, uranium - lead double staining, the ultrastructural and micro - structure change of cerebral cortex are observed in light microscopy and electron microscopy. The expression of NGF and TrkA in cerebral cortex is detected depending on immunohistochemistry and im- age analysis. Result : Immediately after one time exhaustive exercise, the brain structure shows early cortical ischemia - like changes; NGF, TrkA expression levels are more tex shows apparent structural damage after 12h, but significantly increased than that in the control group; Cerebral cor- the NGF, TrkA expression levels down; compared with E1 the ex- pression of TrkA is significant decreased ; structural damage in cerebral cortex progressively increases after 24h, NGF, TrkA expression are most significantly increased after 24h; the cerebral cortex structure begins to reshape after 48h; NGF, TrkA expression levels have come down but continue to maintain a high expression. Conclusion: There is a certain dynamic association between structural damage and remodeling of cerebral cortex with NGF, TrkA expression after one - time exhaustive exercise.
