目的:通过研究大鼠骨骼肌急性拉伤修复过程中MHC-Ⅱ和COL-Ⅱ、COL-Ⅲ的变化,了解拉伤愈合过程中肌纤维再生过程及纤维化过程。方法:将56只sD大鼠分为对照组、即刻组、第1、2、3、4、5周组,造成腓肠肌急性拉伤模型后对各组进行取材并检测MHC-Ⅱ和COL-Ⅱ、COL-Ⅲ。结果:MHC-Ⅱ水平第1周降到最低,第2周开始增加,第3周恢复正常;Col-Ⅰ水平第1周降到最低,随后逐渐增加,在第3周超过正常,持续到第5周;Col—Ⅲ从第1周开始上升,第3周达到峰值,随后逐渐下降。结论:骨骼肌急性拉伤后,骨骼肌的再生过程约在损伤1周后开始,伤后3周达到高峰,并持续5周以上。纤维化过程在损伤后1周以内开始,并持续到5周以后。其中Col-Ⅲ的水平恢复早;Col—Ⅰ的恢复较晚,但在高水平维持时间更长。

목적:통과연구대서골격기급성랍상수복과정중MHC-Ⅱ화COL-Ⅱ、COL-Ⅲ적변화,료해랍상유합과정중기섬유재생과정급섬유화과정。방법:장56지sD대서분위대조조、즉각조、제1、2、3、4、5주조,조성비장기급성랍상모형후대각조진행취재병검측MHC-Ⅱ화COL-Ⅱ、COL-Ⅲ。결과:MHC-Ⅱ수평제1주강도최저,제2주개시증가,제3주회복정상;Col-Ⅰ수평제1주강도최저,수후축점증가,재제3주초과정상,지속도제5주;Col—Ⅲ종제1주개시상승,제3주체도봉치,수후축점하강。결론:골격기급성랍상후,골격기적재생과정약재손상1주후개시,상후3주체도고봉,병지속5주이상。섬유화과정재손상후1주이내개시,병지속도5주이후。기중Col-Ⅲ적수평회복조;Col—Ⅰ적회복교만,단재고수평유지시간경장。
Objective : To investigate the changes of the MHC-Ⅱ and COL-Ⅱ、COL-Ⅲ in healing process of a- cute skeletal muscle strain of rats, to analyze the two processes of the fibrosis and the regeneration in acute skeletal mus- cle injury healing process. Methods:56 SD rats are selected and divided randomly into 7 groups:blank control group, immediate group, the first week group, the second week group, the third week group, the forth week group and the fifth week group. Different groups have different drawing materials time after modeling. Results:The level of MHC -Ⅱ decreases to the lowest point in first week, but increases from the second week and basically recovers to normal level in the third week; The level of Col -Ⅰ decreases to the lowest point in first week and increases gradually until exceeding the normal level in the third week; Col - II1 level increases in the first week, reaches the highest point in the third week, and then maintains this high level in the following two weeks. Conclusion: In the healing process of skeletal muscle a- cute injury, the process of the regeneration which is represented by the level of MHC -Ⅱ begins after the first week of injury. This process may continue for more than five weeks after the level of MHC - II reaches the top point in the third week ; The process of the regeneration which is represented by the level of Col -Ⅰ and Col -Ⅲ begins in the first week, and may continue for more than five weeks. Col - Ⅲ level recovers earlier than Col -Ⅰ, but Col -Ⅰ maintains at a high level for a longer time.
